What types of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Interac, American Express, Travellers' cheques or Cash.
What deposit is required for reservations?
Reservations require a deposit of one night's room rate, plus tax which will be charged to your credit card.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your deposit, minus $20, will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made LESS THAN 14 DAYS prior to arrival will not be refunded.
May I arrive later or depart earlier than my original reservation—what are the penalties?

When can I check in/out?
Check-in time is 3 pm. (earlier for luggage drop-off). Check-out time is 11 am.
Do you have a honeymoon package?
Yes, includes upgrade to suite, flowers & chocolates at regular room rate plus $75.00. Call us for full details.
Do you have rooms with a separate bedroom?
Yes, see our Garden Suite, Emily Carr Suite, and Gatekeepers all have a separate bedroom.
Do you offer a one-night package on the weekends?
No, not at this time.
What is your charge for single guest?
Same as double.
What do your normal rates include?
Rates are based on two persons per room, and include a full gourmet breakfast, evening sherry, late night coffee, tea and cookies. Additional person sharing same room is $35.
Can you accommodate larger groups, and do you offer a group rate?
Yes, discount $10-$20 depending on availability; please call the inn for details.
Can I smoke while I am at The Beaconsfield?
The Inn is entirely non-smoking.
Do you allow pets?
To ensure all our guests have an enjoyable stay, we regret that pets are not allowed.
